The kiln loaded and waiting for firing. More than a week's worth of work can be in each kiln. Anticipation with high hopes accompanies every kiln right before it is turned on.
After firing for up to 12 hours, and then waiting an additional 24 hours for the kiln to cool so that it can be opened.
